This policy covers the Pink Crescent studio website at pinkcrescentgames.com and enquiries sent to our contact email. It does not describe data processing inside our games or on Steam.

Visiting the website
Our website presents our studio and games. It has no account registration, checkout, newsletter signup, or enquiry form. We do not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics in the website.
Loading a page sends technical information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time, to the infrastructure serving it. Our hosting provider, Netlify, and its network providers process request information to deliver the website, maintain availability, and protect against abuse; their services may keep operational and security logs.
Contacting us by email
The contact link opens your email application. Nothing is sent to us unless you send an email. If you do, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, attachments, and related correspondence. Our email is provided by Google. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss publishing or business opportunities, and manage the resulting correspondence. Providing it is voluntary, but we need a reply address and enough information to answer your request.
Why we process information
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, available website and responding to people who contact our studio, taking account of their rights and interests. Where an enquiry concerns entering into or carrying out a contract with you, we process information as necessary for those steps. Service providers and Steam
Netlify and its network providers support delivery and security of the website; Google provides our email service. Information relevant to an enquiry is available to the people handling it for the studio. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Game covers load directly from Steam's image delivery servers. Your browser contacts those servers when loading the images, sharing your IP address and technical request information. Following a Steam link takes you to a separate service. Its data practices are described in the Steam Privacy Policy.
Netlify and Google operate internationally, including in the United States, so information may be processed outside Georgia. Netlify describes its contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses for applicable transfers, in its data protection information. Cookies and browser storage
Our website does not set cookies or use browser storage for analytics, advertising, or user profiles. Infrastructure services may use technologies needed for security or delivery. This policy does not cover cookies on Steam or other sites you choose to visit.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose of the information: whether an enquiry is still open, whether a business relationship continues, and whether records are needed for legal obligations or claims. There is no single fixed retention period for every email. Information should not be kept longer than necessary for these purposes.
